Frequently asked questions
What exactly is an endless ambient loop?
A high-quality ambient video whose last frame flows seamlessly into its first. It can run for hours without anyone noticing a cut – ideal for screens in receptions and waiting areas, sales floors, lounges or at events.
How is my branding integrated?
Subtly and with care: logo placement, an adapted colour palette, optionally a claim. The branding feels like part of the scene – not like an advert. Branding is included from the Signature package; Essential is deliberately pure atmosphere without a logo.
Which devices do the loops run on?
Anywhere MP4 video plays: smart TVs, HDMI media players, digital signage systems, tablets, projectors or streaming setups. You receive standard H.264/H.265 files in 4K UHD.
Do you help with the setup?
The Studio package includes setup support: we work out which player suits your screen and stay with you until the loop runs smoothly on repeat via HDMI player, USB stick or smart TV. For the other packages this is available as an add-on.
Can I use the YouTube examples directly?
The 10-hour videos on YouTube show style and quality. For commercial use you receive your own licensed master file – without ad breaks, without an internet connection and optionally with your branding.
Which usage rights are included?
Every package includes a perpetual commercial licence – one location with Essential, multiple locations and social media from Signature, unlimited with Studio. A resale licence is not included.
How does payment work?
50 % deposit at project start, 50 % after final approval and before delivery of the master files. Invoice with VAT shown, payment by bank transfer.
